ESAO, honored at the WOOE Awards

At ESAO, the Olive Oil School of Spain, we are delighted to announce that we have been honored with the Award for Educational Support and Professional Optimization of the Sector at the WOOE Excellence Awards. This recognition, granted as part of the World Olive Oil Exhibition (WOOE), the world's largest trade fair exclusively dedicated to olive oil, highlights our educational efforts and our steadfast commitment to continuous improvement within the olive oil sector.

Throughout our history, we have trained over 900 professionals from around the globe, who today lead and enhance the quality of olive oil in their respective regions. This award underscores our ability to innovate in sector education, with training programs that combine the latest technological trends with a practical approach, tailored to market challenges.

“This award reaffirms our commitment to excellence and continuous training, providing olive oil professionals with the necessary tools to face the challenges of the sector,” says Marta González, Executive Director of ESAO. “We will continue working to ensure that our training approach remains a benchmark for quality and adaptability to market changes.”

This award not only recognizes our past efforts but also motivates us to keep fostering professional growth within the olive oil industry. We are deeply grateful to the WOOE organization for this recognition and for acknowledging our work towards continuous sector improvement.

The next edition of the WOOE will take place on March 11th and 12th, 2025, at IFEMA, Madrid. This event will once again bring together producers, consumers, and importers from about 50 countries, creating an ideal environment for strengthening business relationships and opening new international markets.
